Seller Financing
The term "seller financing" typically refers to a real estate transaction in which the seller provides the financing for some or all of the purchase price.
There are several ways this type of transaction can be structured, including a lease with coupled with an option to purchase; a land sale contract (or contract for deed); a mortgage; or a note and trust deed.
